Welcome to the SkullSMP Store.
Here you can purchase ranks, keys, and other in-game content. Purchased items are usually delivered in-game shortly after your payment has been completed.

Refund & Chargeback Policy
Purchases are generally considered final. We do not issue refunds without a valid reason. If you are banned or otherwise removed from the SkullSMP network for violating our rules, you are not entitled to a refund for previously purchased items.

Attempting to reverse a completed payment through an unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or refund request after receiving the purchased content may result in your account being permanently banned from the SkullSMP network.

If you experience a genuine problem with a purchase, such as missing content or a payment issue, please contact our support team before opening a payment dispute. We will review legitimate cases individually.

Your statutory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
